Anytime Jeff! Not a problem!
You know, we actually met back at the CNMC. I introduced myself to you during one of the breaks in between talks, and you were on your way to bringing new mommy, Sarah Reinhard some water before her talk!
You guys don’t know how much you’ve inspired me!! I’m currently compiliing my notes to start a blog in 2011. I’ll be using your sponsor Bluehost. I even have a working title for it. I’m hesitant in sharing the name just yet, suffice it to say, the topic is both “geeky” and “catechetical”, just to cover two demographics!
In closing, as it gets closer to Christmas, I have a “Casey Cassum, long distance dedication” to request. If you could download some Brian Setzer’s Orchestra, “Hey Santa”, for all you podcasters in the Atlanta GA area, to be played during breaks? If not, maybe someone from MY area, James Taylor, “In the Bleak Midwinter” (DEFINITELY listen to the 2nd and 3rd verse of THAT song!)??
“Believe what you read, teach what you believe, and practice what you teach.”
Peace,
Dan Hyatt
I remember meeting you Dan! I just wish we’d had more time to talk… I felt like a chicken with its head cut off.
Looking forward to your new blog.
I wish I could play the Brian Setzer’s Orchestra piece or the James Taylor… the problem is that we can’t play copyrighted works without permission. That’s why most of the stuff I play on Catholic Weekend and Catholic Pilot are from Magnatune.com, which offers music that is “pod-safe.” Actually, they recently switched to a membership model, which allows podcasters to play works on Magnatune, and gives the artists a share in the fees collected.
